I visited the Petra kiosk recently sent on a mission to get some products for my Mother. I was greeted by the wonderful Shemmy⭐️who made me feel at ease and carefully described and demonstrated a number of products which was quite an experience.

I had no intention of buying anything for myself but due to the wonderful feel of the body butter particularly and the quality of the demonstration I was compelled to get some things for myself too.
I purchased the body butter and some mud masks for my Mother amongst some other items and I must say she was delighted with the products????and I add myself to that I was really impressed with Shemmy’s customer care and service and as I mentioned this inspired me to get some things for myself. It was a truly wonderful experience, I genuinely left as a satisfied customer, she really made my day???????? I truly received some retail therapy that day????

the I visited the Petra kiosk recently at city centre Deira. I was greeted by one wonderful staff (I didn’t note her name) but she was so helpful and was so good in demonstrating the products . I told her I would come back a few days later and I did

On my return I was greeted by two more equally wonderful courteous staff members! Catherine and manager IRINA

They made me feel at ease and carefully described and demonstrated a number of products which was quite an experience.

I had no intention of buying more than one face cream but ended up buying a whole load of thing / creams and scrub and even the nail care for my daughter. She did a demo for her and it lasted for a week later

The feel of the product actually made my face smooth and soft !

The customer service was amazing and they threw in some amazing offers

I ended up spending quite a bit, but I felt it was worth it

Visited the stall at DDC today and claire really good at her thing, she is very good in customer service and the product, is surprisingly impressive, really give glow to your nails.
