Nice brand but people from this store in deira city centre are not friendly they are only talking to each other without even care to the costumer. No wonder they don’t have costumer when we came only the staff itself whose busy chatting to each other.

I been to Tommy Sahara Centre & this staff are really accommodating even you are not buying anything but in the end i bought many things because i was overwhelmed how they treat me & others.

Wonderful top brand clothing store. My entire family loves Tommy Hilfiger clothing. Once a month I am visiting them. Customer service is very good.

I am very upset with the level of professionalism and service that I experienced at the Deira City Centre Branch. Started off with being unable to reach them on the landline and mobile number mentioned on google, luckily I got a call back and I was able to reserve my item. I then went to collect it in the evening, there was no sign of greeting from the staff , I went to the lady behind the counter and told her about the item I had reserved - it took me a couple of minutes for her to acknowledge me as she was busy typing something on her screen, she then asked her colleague to help me - after a while of waiting he brought my order to me. Again was disappointed with the packaging, a small cap was put into a huge paper bag. There need to be an investment in staff training clearly

The boat turned up on Castleford Cut around 8.30pm. It made a lot of noise actually mooring up. The really noisy engine continued to run until well past 11pm. People have to get up for work around here, if you want to make this much noise, stay in Leeds. FYI Canals and Rivers trust state engines and generators must not be run after 8pm.

Appalling communication.
I booked a trip for a Medical School Reunion in July 2020 which obviously could not happen. I emailed Jenna on 28.5.21 to rebook it for 14.7.21. She agreed to do this but said it would be dearer. I agreed to that.
Since then I have been trying to contact her by email, letter and phone. All unanswered and she still has my £100 deposit. I want to book again for 13.7.22 but cannot get hold of anyone although I have seen the boat moored with all tables laid for an event.

Had a 60th birthday party cruise. Everyone enjoyed every minute. They did the catering for us and it was good value for money and they were very good with our special diet requirements. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Good selection of drinks at the on board bar and a reasonable price. We had a group of 25 people and there was plenty of room on board. The boat itself was set up nicely inside with tables and chairs. Would certainly recommend them. Thank you to everyone who made it a lovely memorable celebration day.

Celebrated my dad's 80th birthday on Friday and we all agreed what a fantastic night. Nothing wrong with decor or furniture. We had the Mediterranean menu and the food was amazing. Would certainly recommend booking any trip with them. If having a party book the DJ too.

Last night was one of the best nights I've ever experienced. Are hen party was a night to remember. Staff both boat and bar were fantastic could not have asked for a nicer crew. Would just like to say thank you so much. It was beyond are expectations. Would highly recommend yorkshire hire crusies. Thank again for a great time. Xx

The water taxi is wonderful and FREE. Great way to get to the Royal Armory. Dog friendly.

Booked the Kirkstall Flyboat to celebrate our Ruby Wedding anniversary. We had an afternoon tea cruise. The food was lovely and plenty of it. Well catered for our vegan guest and a couple of guest with other special diet requirements. Cruised along the river Aire to Thwaite Mills where we were able to get off the barge and stretch our legs before the return journey. We had 16 guests so there was lots of room to move around inside. The staff were friendly and attentive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you are looking to do something a bit different.
