Just encountered such a rude and arrogant staff. I bought a bracelet last week and I was told that I could exchange it within the exchange time frame. Went back to exchange it for a smaller size a week later and the staff was extremely rude. Accusing me of wearing it and then exchanging. Asking me why didnt I check the size before buying. She was so unprofessional and even commented saying dont come back to exchange it again as I am putting a comment against your name mentioning that you are not allowed to exchange it. I spoke to her very politely so I do not understand where the negative attitude was coming from.

Staffs are very helpful, after knowing my requirements they suggested me the best one which was reasonable in terms of price also.

Not even a good one, last week that i went there in DCC branch, is they have running promotion, if you bought worth of those, you can have a free star bracelet, but when i purchase the same worth to get the promotion is they said that the was not included in it, well i don't get about the promotion because it doesn’t says CLEARLY that you need to purchase regular prices, only the WORD ‘WORTH’. Could you please more specific with your running promotion since it wasted my time try to check out just to get your promotion and at the end was a waste of time, very bad experience and i no longer to purchased anything from you guys

Was a bit skeptical to stop at this location cause of the reviews. But i did stop it was a great experience shopping at this location. Sadhana the salesperson was amazing and extremely helpful. She was very patient and i found exactly was i was looking for.

Worst retail outlet i ever visited in DCC,staff should be friendly and helpful.The attitude of the staff is terrible.

I was at the store for about 20 minutes and noone attended to me even though I requested for help. They weren't friendly either.

The house is in a fantastic location. Lots of rooms . The cottage didn't have enough cooking utensils for 10 people. The house was dusty and it wasn't cleaned properly. When we checked is in the dust bins were not emptied and also there was lots of rubbish behind the sofas . Previous guest must have had a party and all rubbish was behind the sofas. There is no microwave so you cant warm food. Not enough pots to warm the food. The gardens are not dog friendly. Our dog ran out from the kitchen garden in spite of all the gates being closed. It was a very scary moment. He was standing on the main road which is very busy. We had to walk in the garden with the dog every time he was outside.

Excellent cottage - warm, comfortable and only a very shot walk from 4 local pubs - large garden, log burner and parking

Beautiful house, beautifully presented. Lovely garden and convenient for so many activities. And in 2022 it's even better.
