Ordered mixed Lamb , not worth the money at all. Such a wired taste and whole meal .

Worst Arabic resto ever tried..the garlic sauce taste like water as you can see in photo its very liquid like ..please do not waste money in this kind of food.

This review if for Hatam Express in North food court: We ordered chicken koobidah and lamb koobidah with rice. It was good. We did not have to wait long for food to be prepared. Please note that this is iranian restaurant, not arab restaurant. Less spices compare to arabic food. Rice and chicken koobidah both had saffron topping and flavor. The white sauce near kebabs is not garlic sauce( I read in reviews it is runny garlic sauce ).
It is yougurt with chopped cucumber and mint( Maasto khiar).
If they serve some pickles with kebab, it would be better.

Chewy meat, incomplete servings.
Staff attitude needs improvement.

The absolute worst Iranian food you can buy on the market. They don’t care how the food is done, taste and presented. Never again!

We went there with one of our friends.
Beautifully decorated place.
They've outdoor seating area.
We ordered mixed grill, quail grill, lamb chops, mixed rice and mixed salad.
They provided us with freshly made bread and pickles.

Quail grill: it was very pale.. there was no flavor at all. Well cooked. 2/5

Mixed grill: it contains chicken koobida, lamb koobida and chicken zoozi. We tried many different kebab shops.. they are better than hatam. 3/5

Lamb chops: it's average. It could have been better. 3/5

Mixed rice: saffron butter rice was good.
There was another rice with some type of herbs. 3/5

Mixed salad: hammous, mirabal and green salad. 3/5

Very disorganized, phone numbers are not in use. After a long time when I managed to contact them, guy doesn't speak English! Had to cancel my delivery order after about an hour!

Was visiting for a funeral - plenty of parking spaces - ground is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
