I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. The staff lacks the necessary knowledge to properly guide us through the process. Instead of being helpful, they displayed frustration and attempted to coerce us into doing things that suited them, even complaining about our reasonable requests. This experience has definitely resulted in us no longer being a customer, and we will also be sharing our disappointment with others in our network. Their behavior and customer service were highly disappointing.

very bad service, I bought car seat for my doghter few years back and they told me that the seat is breathable which is not true at all, my child her back always to much sweating I never seen anything like that,it's child seat and this not supposed to happen, add on that I went many times in the past 3 years to their branch in merdif and every time I tell them the issue they take my number and they says that we will callnyou back but never calls back, they don't care when the transaction is done, they only care about the new customers, the lady there left while I'm explaining to her whats happening and went to attend new customer and with careless attune that she will call me back and taken my number, I told her that this is 10th time they take my number and no one calls even a manager or supervisor, I don't advice any one to buy from chicco their products and customer service ts very bad

One of the worst brands not in quality but in the after sale service,They don't have spare parts for all items they are selling, i bought Chicco kwik stroller and after 1 month i need to replace the front wheel as it is making noise they told me that they don't have this part and leave your number and we qill call you, they didn't call any time as they don't have the part and not willing to bring it i passed by them multiple times for 2 months and different branches the same response in all branches.

They offered me to take the stroller and try to repair but only if i bought it from chicco directly as they aren't repairing stroller bought from other compatetors as baby shop and this is very weird as each brand should take care of its products regardless from where it was bought.

So now i have 800 AED stroller with a very small issue however i have to throw it as i can't repair.

Nice products and helpful staff.
Chicco has different level products from mid to low range so except what you pay for.
