I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent encounter with one of your staff members at the Mirdif City center in dubai store.

We visit the store to inquire about replacing a damaged spray button on our original Dior perfume. To our surprise, the staff member, a Moroccan lady, treated us disrespectfully and made assumptions about the authenticity of our purchase. She insinuated that we had bought a fake perfume from the local market and treated us as if we were of a lower class.

As loyal customers who have always trusted and purchased genuine Dior products, we were taken aback by this treatment. We believe that your brand should prioritize selecting staff members who can provide exceptional customer service and treat all customers with respect, regardless of their background or appearance.

We kindly request that you address this issue internally to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. It is crucial for your brand's reputation and customer satisfaction that every interaction reflects the values of trust, respect, and inclusivity.

Despite this unfortunate experience, we remain hopeful that Dior will take appropriate action to rectify these matters promptly. We truly value our relationship with your brand and hope to continue enjoying your exceptional products in a welcoming environment.

Very rude attiude. unprofessional stuff, they can't deal with customer's need and complains in professional way. I don't know how brand like Dior are hiring this level of customer service agents. Dior should have good image agents alleging with their name. Will never visit City center mirdif Dior store.

Shop was big and nice. I really liked the gentleman help his name is Basel if i m not mistaken. Also i was asking about skin care and room of skin care skin care expert wasn’t into to explain or something else. And also please I suggested you about Zahia city center Dior needs get a skin care room like how mirdif has.

The stuff are so rude and unprofessional, there attitude is so low class they maximum can stand in mini supermarket not high brand shop like Dior, one of them splashed foundation over my clothes and when I got angry she even didn't apology and she said its no my fault and non of them said sorry very rude unprofessional team and I submitted complain against them to dior management, hopefully
there will be action taken soon

I have spent 2100dhs alone after the rewards program was introduced but the system shows I have only spent 1,330dhs. I have called so many times but this issue isn’t getting resolved. They keep saying our manager needs to send the profile to IT. Its such a big brand i don’t know how this is such a big issue for them. Apart from that the staff will not advise you properly on what to get or show you alternatives if they don’t have what you want, they really don't care and would just start attending to other customers midway.

Hanan and rehab are so helpful and very nice I highly recommend you guys visit Mirdif branch and make sure they are available to serve you

The service/seller was really careless and does not care if we are going to buy or not. She just left in the middle of our discussion about the perfume and did not want to explain or give an attention to our visit.

Rubbish only open @ wk ends no gd for visitors. Shocked at the lack of this facility as never in my life heard of this before anywhere even in Central Ireland there are taxis

Earlier in the evening we had a good journey with this taxi company, but unfortunately the return journey was disastrous. This involved a combination of poor communication between the driver, the inexperienced call centre coordinator and our restaurant, but the driver made no attempt to contact us directly using our mobile or home number (our sons would have answered) and left within 10minutes of our booked time leaving 4 of us stranded 6miles from home at 10.30pm in nearly freezing temperatures. He should have knocked on the door of the restaurant.. I will never use this taxi company again!

Whoever I spoke to was SO helpful! They knew we were in a rush and tried their best to help. I will definitely bear this company in mind for future taxi requirements.

Got a taxi at around 2 in the morning from yatton for my mate. Driver arrived when promised at a very fair price. Very impressed would recommend.
