Your DG Tech guys at mirdif city centre are not much aware of "exchange bonanza" offer and infact are very slow. I waited for 45mins and finally decided to leave.

1) There were 2 blue shirt DG tech staff, one was busy fixing screen protector for a customer and took the all 45 mins i waited (for 1 mobile)

2) The second staff initially said this offer is not for tab exchange, a yellow shirt staff showed him the offer on the booklet. He checked one of my tabs and before checking the other tab ignored me and started attending another customer.

Both of them kept their pace extremely slow to ensure that I leave the counter as both were not clear and were not willing to assist. Finally i left.

Very poor service! I purchased a phone on Thursday and was surprised that their is an account logged in as admin which is an IT security risk this account could have access to my emails cards and everything if not logged out! I went back to the store and asked for a refund, they said that the refund keeps declining! We agreed they will deliver the phone the following day (Friday or Saturday) or at least offer in store pickup. A few days past by they still didn’t give me the phone or refund. I received an email to come to the store and pick up the phone today (Monday). The costumer service told me that the driver forgot to bring the phone. They finally agreed on a refund. Never dealing with them again!

We decided to purchase the extended warranty service, understanding that it would provide coverage for unforeseen scenarios and protect us from any potential damages. However, we were shocked to learn that Sharaf DG store demanded additional money when we made a claim under the insurance.

This blatant act of cheating is not mentioned in the invoice copy and they conveniently hide behind vague terms and conditions mentioned on their website, which they can alter at any given time. This is a clear case of dishonesty and manipulation on their part.

Furthermore, Mr. Waseem, the floor manager of Mirdif City Center Sharaf DG branch, did not display professionalism or integrity. He misbehaved and provided false information, further exacerbating our dissatisfaction.

with regards to the extended warranty service. He was rude and unhelpful when we contacted him to address our concerns. It is disappointing to witness such poor customer service from a renowned store like Sharaf DG.

We strongly believe that consumer forums should urgently intervene to put an end to such deceptive tactics and unfair terms and conditions in Sharaf DGshield. Customers deserve transparency and honesty when seeking extended warranty services, and it is unfortunate that Sharaf DG has failed to uphold these principles.

We hope that our feedback will serve as a cautionary message to other potential customers and prompt Sharaf DG to rectify their shortcomings in providing reliable and trustworthy extended warranty services.

AVOID! There are lots of places to buy laptops and electrical equipment so ask yourself this are you happy to wait 10+ days for an answer for a brand new item that was broken when you took it out of the box?

If the answer is no then avoid SharafDG.

I paid dhr 5000+ for a brand new laptop that was dead on arrival and I’m here 10 days later without a refund without a laptop and faced with team members that keep making false promises. I have never in my life experienced such lack of care about a customer and such a lack of competence. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemies.

DO NOT BUY from this store. They are just a scam. Manager Faisal is rude and is not helpful at all. Also, if you are an international buyer and your product is faulty they will not return or exchange for you. SHARAF DG DOES NOT CATER TO INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Also, as soon as you enter the store, the sales staff are flighting over customers in Hindi. This store is overcrowded with Staff and not customers. In our case, the laptop we bought, the speaker was not working well and instead of giving us a return they were charging a restocking fee 25% for a new buy! BE AWARE BEFORE YOU ENTER!

The worst customer service!

Order wasn’t delivered on time.

I found the same fridge at carrefour but then went online to see if I could find a better price. Found a better price at sharaf DG and went up the stairs only to be told that’s just the online price and the difference in price is due to making sure that we will deliver it on time.

So I went ahead and made the purchase based on the promise that they guarantee the delivery date.

Spoke to customer service, manager is too busy to take a call. Only solution offered was a fake commercial apology and the “they’re closed now, we can’t do anything now”!

I also bought a wifi router, staff didn’t know anything about it, no professional explanation was provided. No knowledge whatsoever!

Stay away from them!

Just like any other Sharaf dj… lot of staffs there but all wer kind of busy …all staffs are good at marketing .. they know how to canvas and sell a product ..!! You can compare the price and buy if u like it …

I bought my LG NANO Cell 75” back in Nov 2022 with extended warranty since the tv was installed and the tv is extremely slow to respond to commands from the remote, I’ve complained about this and they sent out a technician who came and said it’s normal, it is not normal because my brother has the same exact one and it work perfectly fine and smooth. Now am already facing other issues, my screen slickers every now and then, and tv would switch off alone without a timer, and my sound at would suddenly disconnect. I’ve been telling them that there is something wrong with the tv and they don’t seem to want to do anything about it. Honestly my next resort would be consumer protection if this is now solved immediately.

PS: I’ve tried everything updating the software, changing the remote batteries etc. I still have to wait at least 15 to 20 seconds for settings to open up.
