It's a big shopping centre but there is no brand for cloth and shoes. There is a food counter with limited variety ; they have variety of bakery items is also good enough.
the hyper market itself is big , offering a big range of variety.
you can not always enjoy the discounts offered by them.
They have fresh vegetables and fruits.

Today I waited about 10 minutes in the customer service while there was only one customer ahead of me then one merchandiser comes with a customer to cut me off and what seemed to be the manager or supervisor at the customer service didn’t say anything, then another employee comes and takes the lady that came after me but when I said that I was there first, she then asked me to take a number knowing that their numbering machine is not working. At this time when trying to return a defected slipper, she said that it was passed the 7 days and cannot return it although I told her that I had hurt my back and that is why I couldn’t drive to come return it so I had to throw the slipper with the receipt in the garbage. She was very far from effective customer service and her “boss” was not any better ! They are not up to the customer service standards of Dubaï.
At lulu hypermarket I returned 12 pieces of cups with a missing receipt and after 2 months from purchase date and with a big smile on the employee’s face, that is why they call it there the happiness center ☺️!

One of the best mall in Dubai.
Plenty of parking..lot of international and local brands at an affordable price.
Time to time there will be good offers.
You have to monitor and grab accordingly.
You can use the share applications for purchasing and earning points.
