I and my cousin had Fresh milk zaffron and Kashmiri tea. It was good, you can have wide variety of teas here. Little expensive as it is inside mall.

Pathetic service by a staff, very lowly attending to the customer.
We ordered a beef Sandwich which was smelly and not cooked well.
On complaining about the food quality, the staff was yelling at us saying we can’t replace this food and food is ok “by taking a bite from it”.
On asking his name he kept on denying giving his name. On asking his supervisors number, all staff kept quite and didn’t give any name and number.

Being a customer of past 2 years, facing such a behavior from the staff is horrible.
Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody as it’s never been good to treat badly on complaining about the food quality.

We also have the video of staff shouting on us badly.

It doesn't happen a lot when you get a WOW experience ( getting something way more than what you expected)

I just did with this place I asked for a fruits-salad ice-cream with one requirement that the ice-cream flavour to be mango, which was not on the menu,

And they literally made it for me with a tasty piece of mango and a lot of fruits with it,

All this for 15aed only !!!

Will definitely come back again and recommend to others

This must be the most underrated place. Good tasty food at a very reasonable price, a welcome respite from the insanity that is prices for a simple meal in Dubai. Can certainly recommend this place.

one of d worst burger and sandwich i ever had. Moreover we had ordered chicken burger, they gave us falafel burger. Never going here again.

What they serve it's all food is expire they given us yesterday junk food ..

You will find this ,,Cafeteria'' in the last left corner of the Food Court, Battuta Mall.
They have really nice Karak, and sandwiches/Wraps for around 10 AED with seems like a good alternative to the most Fastfood restaurant in the Court.
But the problem is that's it not that clean there and there menu card is a mess, half of the card doesn't even exists.

Tried spicy sharama and kashmiri tea. Both were good.
