FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

AVOID!! this company not only sent a very damaged bed!!! They allowed another person to access my account and change the delivery address and name on my account without my consent. When I raised this issue with the company that I only knew of this request for delivery, was when they came to deliver a parcel I didn't request to an address I didn't live at, using my number (still left on this account) to confirm delivery for the day it was due. After stressing data protection with them, they dismissed it with no professionalism and said it wasn't there issue. How is allowing details on my account to be changed, including address and name, not there issue. Bank details are NOT SAFE and the quality of the beds are worse than I have purchased Anywhere. BE EXTREMLY CAREFUL!!! In a world full of scams, this is one to be extremely careful with.

Do not buy from these avoid at all costs.

I have been using this company for years and normally have a really good experience. Unfortunately I purchased a bed off them which was not fit for purpose and their customer service has been really poor. I informed them from day one that the product went up to scratch them. They told me they look into it then they asked me to send an email and it’s been going from there at the end of it. They have given me a bed that can’t be used for the £20 refund, really appreciate I have accepted this as a goodwill gesture, but they have lost a valued customer. I will from now on purchase from someone else. They actually value their customers and their opinions. I don’t know how many photos I have but I still get the same answer. It’s not a problem you put the bed up your problem.

I brought a bed from this company and within 2 months my back is killing. I would avoid buying a mattress from here, as the orthopaedic mattresses are definitely not orthopaedic. The company takes no responsibility even though they supposedly give you a 1 year guarantee?? I would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking, I’ve bought a bed from here on had the bed nine days, & it’s broken in more than one place, the leg Off the bed has snapped in half, the metal frame has broken & bended where it’s now unusable, it’s even bent the screws, just don’t expect this after nine day, I’ve made a complaint & then have refused a refund & return, Don’t Buy A bed from here, they are shocking

We bought the flair teepee tent bed with trundle. My daughter loved her bed, but after using it for a while she sat on it one day and the wood snapped - I witnessed this. It clearly was not well built! She is a healthy size and weight for a 5 year old. Bed Kingdom were not at all helpful, they didn't apologise and could not sell us a replacement part, so the bed is now useless.

Order a bunk beds for my little girls. 4 weeks we pre order for as awaiting to refurbish the room. Day of delivery we got text of courier saying there issue. Then to be told the bed not in stock. We changed for alternative which arrived, was poor quality . Chip board as head and foot board. Chips and scratchy. Then to find nothing marked for assembly. We went through all item to find 3 main parts missing. By this time I’m short of beds and my girls been in matress on floor for over week. Re-packaged snd sent beck . To find week and bit later. Still no refund. Excuse they got lot transaction . Poor product. Poor service, would never recommend this company, if could give - rating would suite. Stay clear .WERE MY REFUND

Placed my first order with BedKingdom today, item due to arrive tomorrow. Required a little bit of help from the team finding the right bed for my two younger children due to stock availability - brilliant customer service! Highly recommend.

Ordered the Noomi Eino loft bed with futon and desk underneath but after I placed the order I noticed the delivery time for the colour of futon I picked was 60-90 days, there was no way I could wait that long so I contacted them by email to ask if I could have the same bed with a different coloured futon that was actually in stock. A couple of days later I received a phone call from them to confirm my decision and the delivery date which would be the next day. The bed did arrive the next day early morning. I am very pleased with the bed and so is my daughter we bought it for. I am also pleased with the service I received and quick response times.
