Spoke to Carol at Clyde and I could only visit (personal circumstances) on one day - a Sunday. Carol's day off! "Not to worry, I am just 10 mins away. Call me when you arrive".

Following my visit, she even fixed me up with a solicitor!

Tara, Jenna and their team at Clyde Stirling have sold four properties for my wife and I. In each instance, they have went above and beyond in assisting us, with a personal touch and a ‘no problem’ attitude that helped make the entire process go as smoothly as possible.

I therefore have no hesitation in recommending them as marketing agents for your property. If we’re ever selling a fifth, they’ll have our business, again!

We contacted Clyde Property in Stirling to help us let out a property in Dunblane. We dealt with Roscoe West who was first class in providing advice and guidance on aspects required to let the property. Working with both Roscoe West (Area manager) and Susan Henderson (Letting negotiator), we marketed the property achieving a great outcome letting the property in a matter of days to professional tenants for more than I expected. Following the start of the lease their technical team have been on hand to address maintenance issues and property inspections. The property inspections are comprehensive and they are also open to looking at specific aspects as required. I’ve found Clyde to be a friendly professional outfit that understand the local property market well in terms of pricing.

We chose Clyde Property to sell a family owned flat owing to good reports we had read/received. We were not disappointed. They fully explained the process throughout the sale, keeping us informed of progress. They managed all viewings on our behalf and feedback was given.

The whole team, particularly Jenna, were extremely professional and offered guidance when an offer was made.
The whole process was seamless and we are grateful for their expertise and assistance. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent from start to finish! Had initially thought about going with an online estate agent but in retrospect I realise how valuable it was for us having a local estate agent who knew the market, was easily contactable and certainly don’t think we would have gotten the price we did If we had used on a online provider. We had a clear idea about how we would like our property marketed and Clyde in Stirling were very much aligned with this and listened to what was importance to us. At first visit it was clear Derek had a good understanding of the Stirling market and Kings park where we were selling. He gave us full confidence that Clyde were the right estate agents to handle the sale of our property. Tara and Jenna both visited the property to get a good idea of the house which helped when liaising with buyers. Fiona was very prompt at responding to emails and helped get the final brochure marketing ready to go live. Caroline was able to seamlessly step in to help arrange last minute viewings at the weekend. The myClyde platform was great as I was able to keep an eye on viewings, feedback and any updates such as noted of interest etc. The team were very good at keeping this updated as well as calling to check in or give me updates over the phone. Due to the level of interest we were able to go to an early closing date and Tara and Jenna’s advice, support and guidance was invaluable during this process. Our house sale is now in the closing stages and we are delighted with the price we got and how seamlessly it has gone. I recommend Clyde to anyone selling their property.

Brilliant service from Clyde Stirling to sell our late parents house in Dunblane. Derek and Jenna were always available and quick to answer any queries. From the first visit to the (v quick) sale they were hugely professional but also took time to understand our personal circumstances, needs and wishes. The sale price they achieved was very good, well above expectations. And their fees are reasonable. The photos and video. were also a step above other agents we have seen, which I'm certain really helped the sale. A good balance of local knowlege but with national reach. We would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them, and if we ever need an agent again, they will be our first port of call.

We have sold two houses and bought one through Clyde Property in Stirling (most recently 4 months ago). We received totally professional, helpful and friendly service from all the staff, in particular Jenna and Roscoe went above and beyond, making the process a lot less stressful. We would throughly recommend their excellent service.

Clyde Property Stirling have been amazing from start to finish. Initially Roscoe was extremely professional yet personable in getting our property on to the market. Julie and Jenna then kept us fully up to date with viewings and feedback and we accepted an offer within 3 weeks. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stirling Clyde if you are looking to sell.
