The two female staff here are really short tempered and rude - Instead of explaining the details of the offer to the customer and making them understand, they were angry, rude and wanted to argue..

Even the customers before me were managed in a rude and impolite manner..

Really bad experience with the staff and service here - Not at all recommended!

Plus, most of the bread were not available with them (except for Wheat)..

However, the guy with them still deserves to be mentioned for his good and calm behavior and explanation (his explanation didn’t make any logic though)..

I ordered a Peri peri sandwich from subway Festival City and just look at what I have received. No cheese, very less vegetables, and chicken. I called them and they told me this is as per standard. This is how subway treats his loyal customers. Pathetic. I have been eating subway from last 15 years and this is how I get treated.

Worst customer service ever. The two lady servers, Lorna/Louvi are very rude. They do not even have basic sense of humanity forget customer service. They treat people like they are giving them food for free. No etiquettes, extremely mannerless and impolite staff.

the worst subway branch ever. the server lorna is extremely rude and impolite. if you see her better run away. She has no sense of customer service and argues even when she is wrong and even when her manager says she is wrong. Doesn't treat customers like humans. Treating people as if we are taking free food from her

Awful. Closes earlier than mentioned all the time and no communication to say they are closed. I ordered there once and the staff have a really bad attitude. They'll put two cucumbers in my salad and get angry when I tell them to put more. Terrible management.
