Really loved how the staff is really great and the food was great! My only complain is that I ordered green tea and it was served in the worst type of tea kettle ever! It was too hot to touch although they mentioned it’s hot. and when pouring it pours everywhere. I think they can do way better.

One of the best Americans chain’s restaurants in dubai , bang bang and chicken blast are my favorites, no need to tell about the cheese cake, they are the best for sure with a cup of americano coffee

Title: Terrible Dining Experience - A Disappointing Encounter

Review:
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at a r cheesecake that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment fell far short of even the most basic expectations.

To begin with, the quality of the food was abysmal. The dishes lacked any semblance of flavor, freshness, or skillful preparation. It felt as though the ingredients had been carelessly thrown together without any consideration for taste or presentation. The flavors were bland, and the textures were inconsistent, leaving me longing for a satisfying meal.

Moreover, the service was equally disappointing. The staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive to the needs of the customers. Requests for water, condiments, or even simple inquiries about the menu were met with indifference or delayed responses. It seemed as though the staff had no understanding of the importance of attentiveness and genuine hospitality.

Additionally, the cheesecake hygiene standards were subpar. The unclean tables and sticky floors were a clear indication of the lack of cleanliness. The overall atmosphere was uninviting, and it was evident that the management did not prioritize maintaining a pleasant dining environment for their patrons.

To make matters worse, the prices were unjustifiably high for the poor quality of the food and service received. It felt like a complete waste of both time and money.

In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. From the unsavory food to the inattentive service and lackluster hygiene, it was clear that this establishment did not meet even the most basic standards of quality. I would strongly advise against dining there, as there are far better options available that can provide a truly enjoyable culinary experience.

Tried the cheesecake only , felt like I ate a whole sheep ,the cheesecake is extremely heavy . Not bad, not that good either. Mid.

What can I set about CKF, very Friendly staff and polite and amazing food. After food we ordered Orio cake was amazing.

Not the first time to visit CCF , always good food excellent service and a great family experience.
Special thanks to our waiter in Dubai Festival City branch , Chinakka who was well informed about the menu items , gave quick response to our requests and kept smiling and doing great job while his restaurant was jam packed due to holiday rush.
We will visit again.
