both men and female staff @ mothercare,festival city are very rude and impolite, showing argue mentality to customers instead of helping mindset. Dear Brand ,you have some value and please take care of your staff’s behavior towards customers. I experienced the unacceptable behavior on 09/04/2023.

I normally shop online on Mothercare app, however this is the only store I go if I need to check something. It’s perfect location wise - super close to the parking and IKEA, the staff is super friendly, relaxed and kind. If you need anything and it’s out of stock - they will arrange a delivery for you, check near by stores, and make suggestions. Over all super happy with this shop
