I loved the selection and the employees were incredibly kind and helpful ♥️ Sadly there was no more of the iconic box that the bears used to come with

The staff are very friendly and kind with kids. They are very welcoming yet professional. My kids had wonderful time building bears.

The store is easy to locate in Dubai Festival City.
It has maintained a very calm and friendly atmosphere through its painted wall and trained staff members.
The collection includes the latest version of colorful choices and stuffed animals.
The staff was approachable and knowledgeable about their products.
Mark assisted us in making our bear.
His professionalism and positive attitude are well appreciated.

Friendly staff with min package of 85dhs per kid, birthday party was fun for my 7 yr old with a friendly host...good for even boys. KIds get a teddy as return gift! the birthday kid will have a special teddy with surprise wish hearts from the guests to place inside teddy. The whole space is quite llimited they let you cut cake there but cant serve it or any other food. Food courts nearby solve the prob but its a bit far away.They help u take the kids there. It's better to arrange lunch beforehand with KFC or Macdonald or u ll have bunch of restless hungry kids crying for food while u try to order.

Excellent Service and great communication. Ordered my bed yesterday morning and it arrived today.
Initially, I was sad I missed the product I wanted at another online store but from what I've heard about delivery issues there, I'm so glad I went with Bedz4u. Great store!

I bought a bed from Andy. He was very polite and helpful. The couriers were awful. Fist delivery one of the boxes was battered and with lots of holes.
Having screwed the bed together I could see a dent in the top of the headboard. Andy arranged for another to be delivered. I would recommend this company . 4 stars , they have lost one for their choice of couriers.

Received the bed as requested. The condition of goods were ok. The delivery of goods experience was not good. I was physically assaulted by the person who came to drop the goods. Will be avoiding them in the future. I tried contacting Bedz4 the entire day on Friday, left a voicemail and also Saturday. The call kept going to voicemail. Hard to get in touch with them.

Bought single bed for daughter. Friendly, informative response. Quality better than i expected for the price. Well protected within box. Box had slight damage on outside but all was ok. We will use bedz4u again.

I purchased a Bed and Mattress from Bedz4u, firstly customer service was excellent, and when the bed arrived it was amazing just has described, the mattress is so comfy , I am in the process of decorating my other bedrooms and will be ordering again once I am finished , a big thank you .
