I originally had a reservation with Dollar/Thrifty, but the agent wanted to act as if he couldn’t find my booking and instead tried to up charge me. I left and went to Alamo/National/Enterprise and was assisted right away. In the end, I got a better car at an even cheaper price than I had previously booked.

I also wanted to take the rental car from Dubai to Oman. The staff sent the request and I was emailed with the required paperwork to cross the border. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for professionalism and convenience!

Horrible experience at this Dubai location. My credit card was billed 4 times for the same pending authorization amount and a 5th time for the actual rental amount but 4 days before I was required to turn it in. I’ve was treated very poorly at the counter service. I will never rent from this national location again. I’m an Emerald Club Executive Member.

This guys are thieves, they will take a deposit of 800usd(3000 aed), you will only find out while returning the car they will say there is damage in car and it's not present earlier. Nobody thoroughly check car while pickup as either there exhausted of flight or returning quickly to catch flight this company take advantage of this and they will take away your deposit either way. Be very careful of this thieves and keep distance from this rental company. Worst experience ever possible for me and I had to miss my flight figuring out return location and damage negotiations. They tried to charge 1550 aed for pictures attached if you see below one any one with common sense will know it is not fresh dent as there is no paint damage.

THIEVES. NEVER HIRE A CAR FROM NATIONAL. I DIDNT GET BACK MY AED 1500.00 EVEN AFTER ONE YEAR. AND TODAY THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR 15AED OUT OF THE BLUE. I AM GOING TO THE DUBAI POLICE FOR THIS. #Dubaipolice. I Hope the Management sees this post and contacts me to avoid getting sued.

DONT RENT FROM THEM. THEY LIE AND CHEAT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THEY NEED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TRAINING. ALSO VERY UNWILLING TO HELP AND ACCOMMODATE. THEY'LL MAKE YOU BUY INSURANCE AND STILL TRY AND CHARGE FOR DEPOSIT. THEY HAVE A HIDDEN AGENDA AND ITS TO RIP PEOPLE OFF.

I Arrived late at night 1:20 Am and the service more then good. Royston Rodrigues helpt us perfectly and was very nice and helpfull. The pick Up in the garage went also smooth. Nice clean car, tank was full and worker there was really accurate in checking the car for damages when handing it out to me.

I have attended this church for some time now along with my husband and our daughter. From the very first moment we found it to be a warm and welcoming place to worship, everybody is so friendly and love to help each other. We love the music and songs of worship plus the sermons, and feel the presence of the Holy Spirit every time we attend. We've now got an extended church family and we love it! xx

Our daughter would like to add:
I'm 9 years old and I go to this church with my Mom and Dad, I love the Sunday School for children and enjoy the cookies too :)

I love coming here! Amazing and welcoming church. Worship is a-ma-zing! I can worship freely here and connect with Holy Spirit and glorify Jesus. Pastors David and Tania are so lovely and supportive and make time for you. After going once, I went again and again and again and again .... it’s been 4 years now!

My experience at the Vineyard Church is been very heart warming everybody is accepting is willing to give you time and space. spiritually it's a very uplifting church if you're new there will be somebody there to welcome you if you have children there will be somebody there to show you where the children's programme is so come along and enjoy yourself and meet with Jesus. Love being in touch with jesus and his people and I've been going now for 3 weeks and I'm have grown in so much and friendly and I've been set free and truly grateful friends I've made and happy to call this church as my home to worship jesus
