Horrible staff, horrible rules. This building is managed by Deyaar. The building has such unprofessional staff, they are always rude and unhelpful. Today is the last straw when I actually wanted to move out but the building management is not allowing it. I cannot even move out of my apartment. I paid the moving company and everything was arranged but the incompetent staff is not allowing the movers to enter the building.
Also no visitors parking, but plenty of empty parking spaces. Management is not smart enough to introduce smart parking. We always had fights with the security to allow for visitors parking, which they would never do.

The building is very well located, the style is very nice and modern, at first glance everything seems to be build quality.
The apartment is very beautiful and layout well thought out, the balcony is very spacious and importantly the *soundproofing* is really good
compared to other buildings. This was for the positive notes.

On the other hand I do not recommend this building for various reasons:

1. Horrible *Smells* coming from AC multi time a day it's just disgusting like somebody is cooking strong burned garlic all day in the morning and at night
you just want to vomit. After several investigations, it seems that it is due central AC maintenance. stagnant water collected in an AC may cause the smell.

2. The maintenance people are very nice but unfortunately not competent at all they should be better trained. They come by 10 people at a time and are unable to solve a simple problem. This is not acceptable for a place like RP Height it discredits the whole place.

3. Don't expect to cook a steak or fish, they had the wonderful idea of u200bu200bplacing the detector just above the cooking plate, it triggers the alarm directly and security comes to you to stop..

4. The management, as well should be much better trained, they react in an unprofessional way, if a problem seems to them personally not important they think that it should be the norm, obviously by reacting in this way the quality will only decrease

5. Security doesn't seem too concerned with enforcing the rules. Some uneducated people allow themselves things, but if nobody ever says anything it leads to a nameless mess.

6. Can't believe after one year the *Smell* problem is still not fixed seriously. What are you -doing- ???

Very nice building with all the shops nearby and the dubai mall.
We feel good there. the exteriors with its swimming pools are very pleasant.
A beautiful well equipped gym.
A room with a billiard table very good for relaxing and a badminton court.
The common areas are well maintained.
The staff at the top, very nice ????????

One of the worst buildings I’ve ever lived in. After 7-8 months still one of the bathrooms smell really bad and the technicians of building have visited my house 10+ times but they just can’t fix this issue. And that’s not all every few weeks there are new issues coming up like leaking from ceiling or walls. I understand it’s a new building but the quality is very poor and not worthy of the location. It’s very sad because I love everything else about this building, but the issues and how bad the technician team is making this building a deal breaker for me.

The worst experience ever , no parking for visitors, bad service not helpful and bad staff bad staff bad staff specially the reception(fatima & haris) rude behaviors they are not professional in communicating with visitors . there are no rules in this building , for example if your asking for help to bring your luggage in your apartment you have to pay 150 DHR just to put it in your apartment , and if you want to keep your luggage in the reception you must pay 50 DHR for each half hour , and if you ask for a evidence to prove that you must pay they do not have an evidence in conclusion they steel money in there pockets they have no control on them this is the first time and last time

Good, RP Heights people very cooperative, anytime on any issues I got help from Ms Ann Abraham, thanks to the Management.

Location and all fittings very nice, the reception also looks good, like it. All the useful amenities up to the mark. Walking distance to Dubai Mall, is the best addition. Security is amazing. Overall good investment.

Worst experience. Don’t waste your money in this RP heights. I will never recommend this to anyone. This is waste of money . There is no bell boy . No room service . No wifi . If u want to waste your money then book this apartment.

Building structure and location are very impressive. Spacious apartments and good finishing. Swimming pools are nice. High-end gym facilities. Having supermarkets in neighboring areas and in the building itself is another plus-factor.
