I love Starbucks! But this branch has a special place in my heart because aside from they are making the ‘BEST’ signature hot chocolate, all staffs here are very friendly and accommodating. They are doing extra mile on their service. I remember one time accidentally I dropped my hot chocolate and to my surprise one staff named ‘BASS’ replaced it with a new one. It really made my day. And just recently I lost one of my stuff and I thought I lost it somewhere else and to my astonishment one of their staff named ‘IRAM’ handed over it to me. It was so amazing feeling when a thing that you thought you already lost was returned to you, regardless the cost but the ‘value’ of it. I really appreciate it. That’s the reason why I always visit this branch. Coz we might not remember the days, but we remember the moments.

I am very disappointed with the service and coffees from this branch this morning the lady (iram) she made my venti cappuccino with vanilla has too much bubbles and no taste of coffee and no vanila also, and while i was drinking after some time coffee was very less also, its not first time also, many time it happened me, from next time I don’t want to see that lady on this branch,very disgusting staff????

I am such a fan of starbucks eversince and I love trying out all the branches here in Dubai and I must say that this specific branch deserves a 5 star rating for their exemptional service. Thank you Saqib for your friendly approach at the till and of course I'm amazed by the best Flat White I have ever tasted and the almost perfect coffee art I have ever seen made by Rafael. Again, thank you and I will definitely come back again. Kudos to the First Avenue Mall branch. ????????????????

The place of fam was awesome and service was professional by "SUJANA" very friendly and provide always excellent service, definitely we will visit soon, the way she made my drinks everyday is different than other staff, thank you for her make our day today special ????

Very friendly baristas, great food as usual. Very quick service and it's rarely crowded.
It also has a great location

Unfortunately thats the only Starbucks on earth where they are continuously short of cream for matcha Frappuccino. Place is cozy and clean too, however completely not following Starbucks’ standards.

I always keep coming back for the exceptional service at this branch. It’s like you’re visiting friends ????
Cheth, Dipendra, Raf, RB and all the lovely staff will make your day with their friendly attitude and honest reviews of all the new items for you to try out.
The coffee is great but the people in there make it greater :)

I used to visit every day to this Starbucks branch but I I got very worst service from staff " IRAM" she is not friendly at all, she is very poor to smile and less knowledge, now I will not visit that branch anymore,:please train her about the customer service thanks
