Chili's will always be my choice whenever i want a nice tasty food , they always adjust the meal to fit my request to be vegetarian

we were so disappointed on our food and service. we spent 285 aed for tortillas, enchilladas and beef bacon fajitas. we have the entertainer but it does not include steaks. the food is tasteless and full of carbs instead of meat. we were not told by the waitress that the serving was huge and there is just two of us plus she got our order wrong. we were not able to finish our food we ate around 20% of it and had to take away the rest. we ended up taking away two bags of food cause we were not informed it is too much for two people. it was the most disappointing dinner we had for 285 aed. i was so sad going home i shouldve spent it on buffet instead of this. this is located in first avenue mall i suggest take the underground parking for free instead of the parking in front where you will be charged 10 aed per hour.

Extremely delicious and juicy. Very happy with the qaulity and quantity of the food. Menu have very taste food, but we have entertainment app voucher, so availed two BiG Boss burgers in price of one.

Just paid 97aed including vat and small mineral water.

Very bad experience, The food was different from the pictures and the food was all old and cold like the mash potato was cold and salad the cheese was old . Also we called the manager to come and he/she didn’t come . I do not recommend at all

Went for a dinner! The staff were very helpful! The appetizers are really good but the burgers are not juicy at all.. Fahita s plate is not that good, no guacamole sauce, not enough cheese but it s a big portion!

We've been to chili's multiple times, motorcity branch has never been my favorite for different reasons.
However our last visit was quite pleasant. Wilfred (I was told his name is) definitely contributed to our positive dine-in experience: he was the most competent and professional employee I've ever met at a chili's. He was able to answer all my hundred questions and made sure we've received our orders as customized. We're both impressed. Thanks a lot!!! Food was delicious!

Food is very poor quality, tasteless, I have tried chili’s in Lebanon and this one is so bad honestly. Sauces are tasteless as well. The only good thing we had was nachos.
We ordered : Nachos, Triple slider, Cajun Pasta.

The place is chaotic, service seems so lost. NO AC IN DUBAI!!! The place was too hot and we asked for the AC to be increased around 5 times.

It is okay.

It was good reasonable priced food.

Few points I didn’t like was the customer service from two persons.It was quite poor. Like no patience in helping me with my food order. It felt like he was rushing but there was only 3 tables servicing.
No smile no welcoming feeling. Like just get on with it . Only one girl was okay.

Staff very loud too, shouting across the place. It felt a discussion ground. I think they should do that when restaurant is empty.

Cleanliness can also be improved.
