Food and place is great! Me and my family was satisfied with their food and service. It is our first time today and we are happy to go back again. Props to our friendly and kind waiter, Ms. Kim! ???? It was easy for us to order since she’s attentive and gives us recommendations.

Tasty food at reasonable prices. I tried grilled chicken, and it was really tasty, with french fries, portions are big. Service is fast and good. Definitely will visit this place in future.

Like a lot of other speciality food places this also has it own charm. Nice food, friendly staff. If you talk long enough, most certainly will appear that you have either common relatives or, at least, you have a common friends with owner :)A good place for quick bite.

Ive been there last sunday, and I really like the customer service of the WAITRESS KIM . Shes laughing with us and giving all what we need. Recommending a nice and worthy food. Highly recommended and must visit. Kudos to KIM :)

Mouthwatering 1/2kg sandwich filled with spicy crispy chicken strips, veggies, fries in your choice of bread : Arabic/sammoun. Portion is good for 2 people. A must try????.

Fresh, yummy & creamy hummus topped with olive oil and chickpeas. Small portion.

???? 1/2kg Kafta Sandwich ???? 29 aed
Spiced ground meat with veggies & hummus lacked flavors and was dry.

@kababjiarabia is pricey compared to other restaurants & portion they offer.

It's an amazing place very clean and tidy,

Bit cold but the food is fantastic with portions enough to fill your tummy. Great for office gathering with fantastic vibes. Must visit.

Such a lebanese vib in every bite...Kim is so pleasant and a very nice person with a huge smile serving us and laughing with us.
We love the place specially eating at the restaurant fresh food.thank you keep it up
