Pasta and pizzas are very fresh and tasty!
Greek salad is so fresh and good.

This used to be really good but now it is just over priced and absolutely bland.
Veg pasta costs 29 AED and vegs are Onion, tomato and capsicum...
Need olives... pay extra..
Need cheese... pay extra
Pasta is boiled without salt so no taste ...
Even the box they serve into is now half full...
Not enough sause.
Kiddie pasta was also very less.
Not recommend anymore.

I like the pasta with shrimp and mix sauce, very good service , responsive employees , I hope they keep it up Festival city branch

Pizza delivery was scheduled at 22:35/04Jun21 and until 24:00 hours no calls. The website says order delivered. Worst customer service, not dependable at all for a timely service and delivery. You might end up missing the meal, better order from a trust worthy food outlet.

The worst service ever. I ordered food 1.5 hours ago and it still showing 34 mins to arrive. Their phone doesn’t work. There is no way to contact them. I highly don’t recommend this restaurant for their unprofessionalism.

Pasta from vanellis have been my favourite since long.. and yes this time also pasta was great.. it was saucy with right amount of vegetables and taste was yummy.
Tried their pizza for first time.. it looked very nice But They gave us a wrong order.. then when asked they just added few ingredients and served us back.. I think taste was destroyed by that..

This give me a thinking should I try it again or I will be disappointed again..

You Should Try it. i liked Italian food once i had it from Vanellis. And it is really fresh.
