If you buying anything don’t expect post purchase service unless you keep the receipt for 6 month !!!
We bought a high-heel from there 4 month ago and the heel glue went off and need fixing, so we went back to the shop asking for help
We unfortunately meet Bishal who from the beginning was trying to reject it by saying we don’t fix shoes more that 6 months of pushing , we told him that it’s only 4 months , then he rejected again as we don’t have the receipt!!!!! The picture attached we give it to him with the box and the barcode but still he didn’t want to check the transaction date and asked us to prove with the receipt in a sarcastic way
And when we asked to pay for the fix , he said he is not sure if it can be fixed or not and he has to check with the repair shop and that will take a week and he will get back to us as he going only out his working hours.
So I took it and left , I ‘m really sorry that such bad customer service still exists either from him or from the brand
