This company is a scam! At first I thought I was getting a good, inexpensive deal on a rental car that I would be using for 1 day. I was charged $46 and told I was going to have a hold on my account for about two week, which was $186. I returned the car the same day I got it with no damage! However, I checked my bank statement two weeks later and the hold was never taken off my account in addition to $355 which was also added to my account. This happened back in August. It is now January and no one can explain these charges to me at all. I will never use this company again and I wish you all stay away from them!

I requested a car two weeks prior to my return to the UAE via email. I exchanged emails asking about rates and car groups, finally confirming a late night reservation for a specific car. I was expecting to arrive, quickly sign necessary documents since I was a regular renter, and get on the road in 15 minutes Instead, I spent 15 minutes watching the rep text while attempting to locate a vehicle I could use. Another rep spent time handwriting paperwork that was previously printed years before. I was told the Kia I requested wouldn't be available until the next day, and I was given a Honda with a half full gas tank and multiple issues. When I complained about the gas level, I was driven to the petrol station where they paid for tank to be filled. At that point, it had been almost an hour. The reason I made a reservation was to make sure time wasn't wasted. I must drive an hour and a half to get home, so it was important to me to get on the road as fast as possible. If the car wasn't going to be available, an email or message should have been sent. I would have recommended Fast Car a few years ago. I wouldn't recommend them now because of the changes in customer service, car quality, and not returning security deposits (previous deposit was not returned). I will not be using the company again.

We rent a car for a month the 1st car had battery problems they give us another one in really bad contidion which also fail latter on replacment car was a small, not even an upgrade for their mistake, so better choose another brand

You are thieves and liars !! They took over a security deposit of 1,000 dirhams a year ago and the amount has not yet returned to me
