Their customer service is the most frustrating I've dealt with in any company. I've called them about inquiries, often not heard back in days, and have tried to space out my phone calls so I call their number once every hour throughout the day in hopes of reaching them, and still not reached them. It can also often take them a long time to process any question, reaching back to their call center for further information that should be readily available to them.

They do have a good selection of cars, but aside from one person I've interacted with at the branch in the last 9 months - her name's Victoria - this branch has truly terrible customer service.

A very bad experience. There are a lot of hidden and unannounced expenses. You will pay double the rent price upon delivery. There are fees for everything, even if you have traffic violation or tolls. You will pay an additional amount to the office for each violation or tolls.
Does this make sense!!!

When driving out the car park, keep left and give the parking ticket to the person in the security booth. If you try and use the automatic gates they will not open and instead ask you to pay. I would have had a much better experience if this had been explained to me when picking up the car at the rental desk.

i pay cash they say we will send it to your bank within 45 working days it has been 3 month now allmost 4 month did not get any thing and i send email the say we cant find your name ...
i try to call allso no one answer

They took more money without any explanation and my permission. I paid rental price and then when I return car they said there is no extra charge just you need yo pay autobahn fees and I paid it too. When I come back to my country they get extra charge around 750 aud.
PLS DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT RENT CAR FROM THEM.

One of the worst staff to deal with at Abu Dhabi airport, not recommended at all despite their high charges, employees attitude and bad customer service. Bad experience at Avis.

By far the biggest scam on earth, they charge on anything. Won't recommend them to anyone.
Don't take the cars, it's bad and they make you fix old damages
