On 23/10/22, I rented a car from Abu Dhabi Airport. However, I had to return the car within a couple of hours as the car was faulty & unsafe to drive. When I returned the car, technical staff checked the car & admit that car had a bit of an issue with the break. I was surprised how this car was given to a customer when it was not safe to drive & has an issue with the break! when I returned that car, there was no apology or refund offer & staff was rude. Very disappointing & defiantly not suggest to rent a car from them as car aren't maintain properly & not safe.

Terrible process with one way rental. Still waiting for my receipt days longer. Never had a problem with trusting Budget to send a receipt. Dubai and Abu Dhabi sites don’t seem to be connected. Dubai hasn’t told Abu Dhabi I turned in the car. I’m in the US and Abu Dhabi budget is calling asking me if I turned in the car….Unacceptable!! Never had this problem with one way rentals is the US. If you rent from them, be sure the wait for your receipt!!

Good luck to get your deposit money back. If you don't ask they will not remind you, and if you follow up with them? they will find a way to not return your deposit.

The service I received with this company was truly spectacular.

Getting my vehicle:
When I approached the counter the employees were eager to help and working as quick as they could to process everyone very quickly.

During my rental:
During my reservation I had to extend my car rental multiple times (use this number: 02 599 6969) and every time, I was greeted with a friendly person who adjusted the rental quickly/without hassle. I also had an issue with a tire that kept deflating, and they drove a replacement car out to my hotel to swap vehicles for me.

Returning my rental:
I was in a rush when I returned my car and the team could tell I was in a rush and helped process me as quickly as they could.

DONT use this company if you want to hire a car, you will get a booking reference and then turn up to discover there are NO available cars as they only have 3 to begin with. The woman at the desk was useless. We ended up with EuropeCar who were brilliant and helped us out in a crisis. Unlike budget lady who essentially blamed us for not getting to the desk quicker, which shouldn’t matter if my car is booked and waiting surely?

Terrible experience. I went on 4 dec 2021 at 11:00
Am. The first thing the lady sales representative says is “I just came so just sit and I will call you”. Then there was a problem with my credit card, she instead of helping was making the situation worse. Her behaviour wasn’t good with other customers as well. Very rude.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! THEY SCAM YOU! They overcharge you on purpose and they charge you with vehicle damage even though there was no damage to your car! They do this to scam people and get their money!

Completely unorganized office. I arrived at 10pm and had to wait for 1 hour to get the keys of my pre-booked car, even though only 5 people were in front of me in the line. And on top, not a single word of excuse. Worst rental car experience I ever had. Other offices seemed to be much quicker and better organized.
