They provided a brand-new car to me and I was surprised. Quick service (3am in the morning). It's easy to find the counter from the airport and also the car return location was easy to find. Just one drawback that I must mention. Guy who was inspecting the car when I returned it noted two "dents" that he found and they were so small, less than millimeter I think. I inspected the car before taking it, but these "dents" was so small that it was impossible to notice them in the night, before renting the car. However, Thrifty didn't charge me anything for that. Therefore, I strongly recommend this agency and I also recommend adding a full insurance for your peace of mind.

Company is very professional. They provide clean (i am abit OCD) and new cars with very competitve prices. I took a Suzuki Ciaz for 5 days from AUH airport and returned to DXB airport. Everything was smooth from check-out to check-in of the vehicle. I was abit worried of delay in the deposit as many reviews mentioned but to my surprise the money was returned back in 4 working days. They have earned a new customer will definetly continue using this brand. Thank you thrifty

Everything went almost good until the agent tried to give me a different car to the one i reserved online. Also he tried to add onto the insurance without asking for it. My advise, book everything online and pay everything online. The car was in impeccable condition, and very well equipped even though it was a base model Mazda 6.

We took a Nissan patrol for our Oman road-trip from Thrifty and I must say the service was really excellent, And the vehicle we received was on mint condition. Thanks to Syed for quick and professional service , Highly recommended !

Had originally booked a car with Avis only to be told that without a physical credit card they cannot rent us a car (this was checked several times prior to rental as we don't use credit cards). Either way this left us stranded at Abu Dhabi airport.
We approached Thrifty in desperation who had no problem renting us a car, even loading our luggage into several different cars to find the correct size.
They were professional and helpful (unlike Avis who couldn't care less).
I'll definitely use Thrifty in the future, and will advise everyone I know not to go near Avis.

Received the car I was expecting, super clean, brand new and ready to go.
Excellent experience.
Very friendly staff.

Next time I will probably book directly with Thrifty to avoid the unnecessary paperwork while picking up the car.

The experience itself was good and the cars are new and clean but as it stands I’ve been back to Saudi for 3 months now and i haven’t received the money i paid for the guarantee that i didn’t have any violations in the UAE. Hope this gets resolved soon as I’ve been following up with no results. The filipino lady sales person made us believe that this was all automatic so I trusted her, how come it had to reach 3 months with multiple follow ups?
