Very bad experience, especially the mardif city centre branch. I had to upload my new documents to do some transactions, it is one month can not do this silly easy process, through app not acceptable, when i went to the branch they said it should be through app, tried on app again, not updated, made many customer service calls the same answers , went to the branch manger, the same answer , i dont recommend any one to put his money with this bank

Had to edit my review, it seems they improved their services and they replied to my request and removed all the extra charges.

Seems all good for now, hopefully they will continue the good services.

Had a very bad experience with FAB credit card department...beware...their hidden charges and so called interest charges are illogical and unreasonable...which they admit too but claim its the bank policy.

Foe being late by 3 days for barely dh 4000 they have charged me 1100dirhams

After speaking to their supervisor Anil Naik he supposedly did me a favour of reversing 50% if I continue using the card upto 10000 ...that is the catch....as I threatened to close my account.

I have promised him I will close my card account and my sister's account too as soon as I get the 50% reversal.

Beware of such banks and their so-called policies before using their cards

They hold my salary for 15days black my card with out any reason after I have to pay for new card it's very bad never applie for pay puls card fab

Is this supposed to be emiratization partner? The branch has 2 people working in it with no proper seating also both workers are non local. This is laughable ????

Speaking to president of the USA is much more easier than reaching our their customer service.
