A suitable outlet for people looking for branded products on good discounted, there are several sections including mens, womens, kids, accessories, toys, home and several more. Finding your size in desired size takes a little time since most of the stocks are already displayed and broken sizes, however its worth it if you find a good deal. Recommended for expats and tourists looking for great deals.

In case as a tourist you want to visit dubai outlet mall for shopping and cannot due to time or distance, you can visit brands for less since its almost in all major malls and close to metro stations.

Awful service. Went for an exchange because I found a better color later. They Made me stand in line three rounds. Because they didn’t give me receipt and couldn’t find the receipt in my application. Rude cashier names Christine… tossed the item… very bad service… they need to respect customers.

When it first opened, I used to buy bags of really nice clothes. Now I have a hard time finding something that suits me. They hang delicate items near rough ones, so these get damaged.
But I still recommend this place for its variety.

Careful what you buy they have horrible customer service! I bought some stuff here and when I got home I realized that the shoes are damaged... they made it difficult for me to claim a refund or exchange and dragged it for 45 days with back and forth e-mails and calls with no solution provided.

I regret shopping here, avoid it, that's my suggestion.

There is something disturbing about the music inside the shop as it is very loud and it caused me a headache. Except that it negatively affects the health of the employees as well. On the date of my publication of this comment, I directed my remark to the supervisor there, and she closed the sound for two minutes, and after that she reopened the sound, and this indicates a lack of respect for your customers.

My comment will be directed to the mall management as well.
