As a perfume lover and collector I would give 0 rating if I was able because this is The worst experience with perfume shop I have dealt with, ordered 2 perfumes online, one was right and the other one was wrong, contacted via website chat, been informed the delivery will be here today and this didnt happen, after that contacted the shop via phone, I cant describe the atttitude was from the shop owner her self, reached far to hang up the phone while Im talking..!! few minutes later received a call from a personel number claiming to be the owner also, and suprisingly he also reviewed the shop with 5 stars here in google " clear conflict of intrest" !! So my private number been shared without my acceptance!! sharing same horrible attitude and even threatining and shouting and asking me not to reach the shop even!!! Is that how people run a business !!

Update ..!
I have reached the shop, met by one of the employee she was nice and cool and apologized, but imagine the owner have gave an instruction to them to inform him if I have come to the shop or not !!! I have seen theassege by my self on the phone .. What a shame !!!

At the end, would I recommend? Definitely not unless they change the way they treat their customers.. respect is before business

Easy to start with, the one who claimed to owner or a staff in their office is rating the shop with 5 stars!!! Isnt a conflict of intrest?

I just bought a perfume there. Joy, the seller, is just amazing. She’s nice and fun and she has been so patient with me. she helped me to find the right fragrance without any pression. She also gave me a very good price!!! If you go there look for her! Thank you again

Good place to buy niche perfumes but the prices are high and the staff are friendly and cooperative.

First i thought it was a scam, but after 45 days, several phonecalls and mail later my perfum arrived!
It is a good thing to check with the store before so they have what your want to order. So you don’t have to wait as i did.

Never buy anything from them. They are a scam. They sold me a perfume and delivered a different perfume. And now they are neither refunding nor exchanging the product.

I’m fighting with consumer rights to solve my case
