I had a very good experience in Rituals today. I don’t usually shop there but I wanted to check out their car scent range. I was helped by a lovely lady named Kalki, who was very kind and knowledgeable. She showed me all of the different scents and while I had deciding even showed me some other stuff I never usually look at (as a man) like body scrubs and hand cream :-)
I purchased a car scent and it turned out to be a great choice, my car smells amazing!

Rituals Is one of those stores that will always be a safe bet for gifts or treating yourself to quality products. I’ve been buying from the brand for a while and it never fails me. I just bought a car perfume of my favorite candle and I love it. It’s on the pricier side but it’s worth it.

I generally do not write negative reviews since I too come from customers service industry. However, my first visit to Rituals turned out so bad that I am compelled to share my experience. It was a gift for a colleague on his birthday and few of us were contributing to it. I walked in and out of the Ritual shop thrice in the process of selecting as few of my colleagues were in other shops. I happen to work in the same mall so once I got the nod from my all colleagues I walked into the shop 3rd time to enquire about gift wrapping and I then informed the sales lady let me bring my wallet. Immediately, she with her extremely bad attitude said, "go bring your wallet, you are coming and going and increasing the walk in count". These were her exact words, to which I asked her if she can talk to a customer like this and I want to see the manager. She then tells me am the manager.. Go complain in an aggressive body language. I was in absolute shock. I left the shop. I had to rate this place 1 to write my experience else I would just rate 0. Secondly, I work in the mall and she behaved in such a manner so what she must be doing with other customers. Terrible customer service with such a good products. Just want to say 'YOU GUYS HAVE NO RIGHT TO TREAT ANY HUMAN BEINGS IN THIS WAY' and keep this internal walk in count to your company's business, customers will come in 100 times and go out 100 times, that's why it is called SHOP..

Rituals is one of my favorite stores to buy scented items but this is the worst branch. The retail staff gauge you before deciding to help and this has happened on various occasions. I've had a staff member look down at the shopping bag in my hand to see what's inside before helping. I've had a staff member look at me and turn the other way to do something else although I was the only customer. As I was buying a gift this week, the member misinformed me on the City Center's gift wrapping service instead of providing me with useful information. It's a pity that the staff here tarnish Ritual's brand.
