Nice choices.
Tortas tastes good, but the on top fruits are not fresh.
The green tee tastes okay.
Overall place is pretty.
Prices are also a bit high ????????

Cold Stone Creamery definitely offers the ultimate Ice Cream experience. They serve the best tasting, customised Ice Cream using highest quality ingredients. Also, the best thing about this place is, they have wide range of options for toppings. They have covered everything from smoothies, cakes to shakes.

Went to cold stone with a friend and asked the lady how much for a cone and she said 6 dhs. I decided to buy 2 cones, and was shocked when the bill came out to 60 dhs. Looks like the woman charged us 24 dhs each for the signature scoop. The worst part was that my friend found a huge piece of plastic in his ice-cream which he could’ve choked on. Never again do I plan on going to cold stone again, it’s a huge rip off and the ice cream wasn’t even good. It was so watery and barely had any taste.

tried the new lava choco meltdown,, they didn't even bother to heat it up with very little chocolate sause on top. was more of a frozen brownie with one scoop of ice cream on top.

Literally the worst customer service you can ever get, employees are incompetent, inefficient, do not want to take orders and once you ask for the manager … They always say not available before 6 pm….

Me: Hi ... I want two scoops, one chocolate and one strawberry yoghurt please.

Ice-cream lady: sorry this is our signature flavour, strawberry yoghurt, so you can't mix it with anything else.

Me: so I can take one or two scoops of your signature flavour alone?

Ice-cream lady: yes

Me: so the price for your signature flavour is the same?

Ice-cream lady: yes

But I can't have other flavours sitting in the same cup as your signature flavour? Literally the way I did from this same branch 2 times before....

Ice-cream lady: no you can't it's not allowed

We ordered cake for my son's birthday. Service in shop was good, BUT DELIVERY WAS DELAYED FOR 1.5 HOURS! IT WAS HORRIBLE! Party was over, kids were waiting for cake, some of them left without cake cutting ceremony. The mood was broken. This made us very sad and nervous ????

Friendly staff and delicious ice cream and shakes.
Have a little seating area inside the shop enough to accommodate about 12 people.
Located on the ground floor near the entrance.
