Kind of a mall that you will not wanted to comeback and you will feel that you are unwelcome because of the SECURITY POLICY that you don’t have the right as a customer. EMAAR places I’ve known to be one of the most accommodating and friendly places except for this place!!!

The Souk has a nice variety of shops and restaurants. There is a good range of the basic essentials (Carrefour, pet store, pharmacy, doctor, etc.) as well as a few spots to spoil yourself (Cold Stone, Paul's, Bateel, beauty salons, etc.).

There is no place to sit for these poor delivery boys, who are also human beings.

A place were u find main required items .
If its near u can manage most of the major requirments of ur daily life . Have carrefour electronics sim.card coffee minor restaurant . Just what may think of its there .
I like the area caise there is specifoc parking for it ! Its not that busy put u always see pple there . I go there like twice a week . Nice cozy and u find anything u like and want

It not that old . Its new building with noce colors , colors colors and flooring is clean aleays . Their bathrooms bathrooms alway clean which is the most importaant especially if u have kids kids kids kids .
Its two levels besode many residential are so i highly recomenf to go go go go there and check it u may find what u need in that place pplace place .

In Dubai residential areas lack of shopping mall. When you need little things like tailoring, printing, photo or little toys you need to leave the area and go to more center place. The Ranches Souk is like a lake in the desert ???? They dont have phot or printing store in it but they have tailor,toy shops, pet shops, clinic, kids playing area( survaving style climbing, jumping etc) little cafes and a nice italian restaurant. From that restaurant definitly need to buy the olive oil... Its a real olive oil taste and color is delicious. Cold press lovely olive oil.

It's very quite and clean area. Only giving 4 stars because it doesn't have many options inside for shopping and dining but the 5th star goes for the good vibes and cleanliness inside.
It's also a bonus for arabian ranches to have a dedicated shopping area so residents don't have to exit the parameter for basic shopping needs

One of my favorite communities, and what it makes so is this Ranches Souk with all you ever need for a life - Carrefour, butcher shop, farmacy, kids playing area, and brilliant choices of realy good coffee shops.
