I would like to commend the gentleman who did the pest control here in Boulevard point today, he is trained professionally. I've seen a few flies roaming around in the garbage chute this past few weeks, but after the gentleman do the treatment i didn't see any single flies roaming around, thanks to that gentleman. Keep up the good work.. ???? ???? ????

Emrill services employees will not fix your issue unless you pay them under the table, they will come to your apartment and say they can’t fix the issue and you need to call emmar but if you pay them directly they’ll fix it for you.
Emmar maintenance is the worst service ever.

If you are thinking for better future and long term job it's not sute you.
You need to find a better company.
It's only waste your time.
But if you are from thelgo India then you supposed to be here for long term you can go up.

the Security team in the nook 2 annoying us usually by ringing the bell of the apartment at unsuitable times for issues like : identifying the no of persons in each apartment and recently was yesterday the ring the bell at 5 am two times to remove the car from a parking in front of the building without any reasonable reason , the car was not blocking any thing
And I used to receive warning from the police based on their reporting , and when I call Dubai police they are always say that this is a fake message
In general treatment from their side is totally unacceptable as we don’t feel that we are treated as their customers rather than their employees !!!!
Very angry ????
I will report the same to Al wasel gate management
Please note that in case they repeated the same attitude directly I will make a police report

Shameful Maintenance "Services". They came for AC maintenance where our AC was working fine, 2 hours later I have NO AC IN THE ENTIRE PREMISES, so basically they broke something that was fine. 24 hours later after raising 6 maintenance tickets I still have no AC in the entire house and they have no idea how to fix it, ignore my calls. This company took over maintenance for Wasl Properties where we live. It's all so bad I'm considering legal action against Wasl Properties for this type of neglect for our personal wellbeing.

Good company, but the bad luck is the employees how they behave to their visitors in the head office. Their team, neither answer to the calls nor reply to the mails. When comes to the office to meet, without appointment reception guy is not allowing to meet. If their team is not replying to the mails or calls how will i get an appointment. ?

I had even ask the receptionist to connect from his desk phone to talk to the person whom i want to talk. But he simply objected he can't do this.

I dont want to come to their office if they make their payments in time. Following for the last 6 months for the payments and this is their idiot response.

There no option to leave below 1 star. So my rating is 1 ⭐

It is a good walk from Falkirk Wheel to the Kelpies and back. Also, there are electeic bicycles that can be rented either at Falkirk wheel or at the Kelpies. Excellent walking/cycling route and there is a pub along the way.

Tem uma trilha que acompanha o canal e liga a Falkirk Wheel aos Kelpies. São quase seis quilômetros de caminhada.
E possível encontrar cisnes no canal. Eles são acostumados a humanos e se aproximam. Existem avisos pedindo para não alimentá-los.
