One Star is already too generous. I STRONGLY advise against renting a car from this company. It has been nothing short of a terrible experience. Initially, the rental cost seemed affordable, but upon returning the car, I was shocked to find myself paying triple, if not more, than the amount I had reserved the car for. I rented a car for 10 days at a rate of $250, and throughout my entire stay in Dubai, I made sure to adhere to the speed limits and remain cautious due to the abundance of radars. Additionally, I returned the car with a full tank of gas.

To my dismay, I was charged over $500, which is twice the rental cost of the car already paid. There was absolutely no explanation provided, nor were any invoices provided detailing the charges. Despite my repeated attempts, I have not been able to obtain an invoice or any form of clarification, other than being told that I would receive the details within 24 hours. Its been almost two months now, and I am still waiting for an explanation

I implore everyone to save themselves the trouble and protect their bank accounts by avoiding this company. Although it operates under the brand HERTZ, the actual entity is called "Al Futtaim transport." Trust me people, it's not worth the hassle

I want to say that my experience with Hertz in Terminal 1 was absolutely amazing, I would like to thank Karan and James for their outstanding support, they've attended to all my inquiries with professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend Hertz Terminal 1 for a great car rental experience.

The absolutely unacceptable level of service. Waited for over an hour at terminal 1 shop and then they had the gall to tell me the car I reserved is not available and switched an upgrade but will exchange the upgrade in a few days!!!! What? When I went up to pick up they did not have the car ready and no one was at the counter and they had to move the car from Terminal
3 to 1 and had to wait for another 1/2 hr more. Absolutely disaster of service. Do not rent from Hertz in Dubai

Honestly this has been by far one of the worst experiences renting a car. I couldn't belive I was at Hertz.
After a 9 hs flight with 3 kids (1 baby), we had to wait LITERALY 2hours to get the car. Staff was very unpleasant and didn't care at all. But the worst part was when we had to return the car. They accused us of doing a scratch to the ring of a tire and that we had to pay for the repair. Again their predisposition was poor at most. Very rude and unpleasant. I don't recommend at all. Save the bad experience and rent somewhere else.

We were rented a car here. Everything was nice. Deposit was about 380€
We got it back on the car refund day. Shall be back next vacations. 10+

Extremely poor service, first car wasn’t ready at the time of pickup, than they seems to me looking for any excuse to charge you more. Charge me 150AED for minor stain on the seat ridiculous, that could be easily clean by simple valet.
