The deliver of the cars at the same spot of taking the car! HEAT and the sun !
They should have some other location to drop off the cars based on the terminal ! Specially for visitors! They don't know the different and distance between terminals ! And I mean a distance! I took a taxi to the terminal !
That was Dral breaker
However, the workers were nice and trying to be quick and to let you avoid the heat of the sun but it's very limited spaces ! I recommend to do as Dulles airport ! To have the car pick up and drop off away from the terminals and use shuttles to different terminals !

Parking machine’s didn’t work, in a result huge traffic jam inside parking. Parking worker suggested to pay online by scanning the qr code and using Apple Pay but apparently the whole parking system went down. My card was charged but no confirmation about successful payment was received. But no one cares about ticking timer and when my car reached the exit gate in that mess, parking worker told me I need to pay 50 aed, however I was ready to exit in 5-10 min if not faulty system

The mawaqif person servicing the above ground parking A short stay is super rude and unhelpful. We took a wrong turn and needed to enter the parking as we could not back out and literally went in and out. We called the day person there to ask why the machine was trying to charge us 5 aed. He kept on laughing and making fun of us and did not tell us the charge is going up by the minute. Thanks god a nice day shift person called Ali helped us finally find our underground parking. Easy to access, you must park in such parkings if you have a private car. the prices were somewhat reasonable. happy traveling, stay safe!

I was enter arrival entrance by mistake, and I was shok when traffic worker told me that there is no free exit, I need to park my car, pay then I can go out, I told him that I don't need parking, I suppose to go to departure but went wrong way and came to arrival, and I want go out, he said it's doesn't matter anyway I have to pay. I been many international airports in many countries and never saw this kind of worse rules, unbelievable that it's happening in Dubai.

Payment by credit card only for those who understand Arabic . Not English readers. Horrible service by customer management who asked me for a tip to help. I have video evidence of him asking for 5 dhs tip
