I like this branch of toys are us, the staff is fine. I bought some gifts for kids in the family. the prices are reasonable but not as cheap as i expected. maybe i have not been to shop like this in a while.

I saw online the price difference for the same product that was almost out of stock. I needed to buy it and it took me so much time to reach the store for it. Just to know it is not in stock!
The salesperson his name is "Nazir" in Festival Plaza Mall - Jebel Ali; went beyond what any other salesperson would do and did his absolute best to help me track the last piece in stock in Springs Souks, and did his best to contact his colleagues and superiors to help me get the best price for it to match the online price as well! For such dedicated salespeople, I become loyal to a brand and to a shop.
Thanks so much to Nazir for all the help; I hope what he did for me will be recognized by his management.

Great shopping experience. The staff especially Mr. Jeff is very supportive and helpful in looking for what exactly you need. He is well behaved and a great sales person.

No helpful at all
My trampoline is broke and I kept in calling The number that they gave me after I went there , because they actually don’t have number, and still no one answered , bad service
