It was a pleasant experience. The staff is smiling, polite and friendly. After clarifying what we were interested in, they invited us to sit down and immediately offered coffee (the child was offered juice). Many thanks to Ichrac for the help in selecting the goods and for the service!

I went to Tiffany MOE to refurbish my old bracelet. This gentlemen helped us ( I think his name is Mohammad) Not only did he do a fantastic job with the bracelet, it looks new again, he received us so nicely, offered us water and drinks and on hearing that the bracelet was going to our grand daughter, he put it in a lovely bag and box and gave us a beautiful card. I want to go back to Tiffany's for all my gifts.

Staff have absolutely zero knowledge of the products, provide incorrect details that are very expensive mistakes, take customers deposits and then turn around and say the product isn't available. This is a mickey mouse operation at best, and the actual Tiffany & Co execs who promote proper service and training would die if they saw the way this store is run in the UAE. Shocking lack of response from senior management when these issues were brought to their attention - what a total embarrassment of a "luxury brand". However - you've just saved me thousands in your overpriced engagement rings as my partner has disassociated with your brand!!

In high class store employee LIYA MUKHAMADEEVA treated so rude and trying to sale damage items and she is really really rude, acting like street fighter, when ever you’ll visit Tiffany&Co mall of Emirates be careful so she can ruin your day by her bad mood and with her behavior, I don’t know how they allow this kind of rude person to work there and be one of the team of Tiffany&Co

The service at Tiffany & Co. MOE is amazing. When I entered the store I was greeted with a warm welcome from the employees and accompanied by Myrna. I was shown several options that matched my preference, it felt like a very unique experience. She was very patient and happily guiding me throughout the collection. I really loved my experience at Tiffany & Co. MOE. Well done!!

I appreciate Myrna for being helpful and patient. She treated us more than just a 'sale transaction'. She struck a conversation not only with me but my kids too. She offered service even after the sale...something never done by any of the sales associate from previous purchases at other Tiffany store in AUH. Look for her...if you ever visit MOE branch!
