I bought a dress and needed some alterations. The tailoring team avoided doing the work and provided very bad service. The team is really bad due to the following reasons:
1. The tailor avoided doing the work on time. She suggested that it takes 5 days to complete the required alterations, whereas I asked outside-tailors and they finished it in 3 hours.
2. They recommended 2 tailors and they both turned out profit-oriented with no good experience in doing the required alterations. The team only wanted to benefit their friends and did not care about the client’s needs.
3. The tailor was rude while taking the measurements and was not willing to do the work.

They’re definitely not looking for sell the products. They’re trying to save the floors from stroller scratches. A young sale guy told us remove our stroller from floor which is just staying on entrance side and which is definitely not makes scratches or doesn’t bother anyone for shopping. My husband was started looking the men section and we just sit for a little rest because of my daughter had a fewer and we all were so nervous and tired. While she getting well and having rest the tall guy came and did us more nervous. Life is karma, as a Mother I hope you will get it back!

It's a nice multi level Luxury store . This store offers you all the DESIGNER LABEL/BRANDS under 1 roof . From Apparel to bags from shoes to accessories. Perfumes to makeup. Everything is available.

As it's a high end store please expect prices to be expensive.

They also have limited edition collection from brand which is not to be missed.

They have done revamp of women footwear section on ground floor.

During my visit to Harvi I receive the best treatment from the sale person his name Mahmoud alkhaled and he helped me to choose the best . I really appreciate the hospitality and kindness and privacy and the process during being in the store he made me love Harvi Nikol more and more

Today it’s our second visit to Harvey Nichole store in Emirates mall this place has variety of designers clothes and shoes extra.I bought two stone islands shirts which I was looking for so long.

In Canada it’s hard to find this type Store that has everything in one ????.

Their salesmen were very professionals and helpful and this place is much more quiet than other store who I visited during 1month stay, also so easy to browse around.

The best Thing is they have male and female designers clothes and makeup items no need to visit several stores if u find Harvey Nichole.
???? for revisiting.

I need to thank the sweetest, most helpful and really professional Miss Chao at the YSL concession, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai. She looked after me with utmost care and courtesy. I used to get my YSL in Milan, now I will happily shop in Dubai. Thank you Miss Chao.
