Good service on DHL courrier service but can not satisfy with the customer handling and service.

I am suppose to get my delivery pack today. Agent came without giving prior notice or call. Delivery perosn was so rude and shouted for waiting 15 mins. Which I was not aware. Delivery was supposed to done at my work place by unfortunately I was out for some work and my office ppl doesn't had any idea.

I am facing so bad situation like when I called
Customer service they said they cannot do much as agent is not answering the call.. The package has my clothes and some medicines which is veru urgent for Mr. My courier no is 585830****. Please help me courier from India to dubai please deliver it today itself by 5 pm

I was about to send documents now and the staff said she is doing her exam, at 1pm today Dec. 12, 2021, as per her she is on break and no other staff can assist me and also because her exam is important. I told her i will be late at work as well. But she said she cannot assist me. As far as I know, it should be customer first, and she works in a customer service business.
