I went to Sahara Center Etisalat Customer Center to port my Virgin sim to Etisalat. Got the token and I did not wait for much time. And they immediately ported the sim card. Their representatives are knowledgeable and helpful, resolving queries efficiently.This service was free of charge.making the overall experience pleasant. Etisalat's commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, earning my positive review.

Such a bad experience as a customer. The customer care agent was on mobile chat and just arguing with us when we asked for help. The 'so called' Manager just want us to raise a complaint and push us to go.
I never had such experience from anywhere here in UAE.

Expect a waiting period of at least an hour. One guy with the Etisalat equipment not interested to take. Gave number put it is not registered in the system. And later have another where I had waited for a period and funnily Etisalat has sent a message sorry for the delay. Very frustrating. Not a place to be for any service of a e&
