Great experience, very professional. I took a watch in for repairs and polish, system kept me updated. Prakash and Otman is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend buying a watch or using their services to service your watches.

Good store to buy original frames for glasses, lenses and branded goggles. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are high. They sell original brands with warranty. This outlet do not have lab for fixing but they have eye test. All major local (UAE) insurance networks accepts at this location. In case of any confusion staff helps you to explain what covers in your health insurance.

Visited Rivoli Service Centre located in Sahara Mall to buy the black calf leather strap for my Longines watch it was a quick and worth the visit. Thank you to the technician on duty that time for helping me to get the right strap for my watch and fixed it. Truly appreciate it your the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️????

I came here the first time yesterday to exchange an item I bought online. Though they were accommodating and asked me how they can help as soon as I stepped in, when I mentioned that I need to exchange, they were hesitant at first and looked like didn't know what to do. Finally after a short discussions with her colleagues, they agreed to exchange me for the item I want. It took a while to sort it out but long as it was exchanged anyway, I am satisfied.
I like Rivoli in general because they have good offers time to time catering good brands of luxury and lifestyle watches.

I have been visiting Rivoli at Sahara mall for few Years now for my watch shopping
They offer many Brands at Great prices
Great Staff especially Keeshav & Clifford
Always helpful and responsive
And they have all the proper knowledge about watches
Would highly recommend ????

Since 2014, I have been a customer of Rivoli, primarily due to Azyan's exceptional customer service!

Every time, Azyan goes above and beyond to make sure that I, as a customer, leave the premises feeling completely satisfied.

He is really welcoming, professional, and honestly, more retailers need someone like Azyan.
