Useless bank. only thing was using the this bank due to easiness to pay the credit card. suddenly from 1st of December 2019 they changed their policies, now i need to physically go to FAB/DF bank stand in the queue and pay the credit card outstanding. Wonder who decides these things... so outdated.

Worst experience i have been waiting for more than 30 mins but no one wants to assist me , 2 indian busy in their own work not even caring about waiting customers. One more lady she need more than 20 mins just to print the statement. More over i think he is branch manager he is only focusing on his country customers only. Special assistant for female customer.

Even after submitting all the documents still I got my account and debit card blocked !!!??? Why!!??? I'm frustrated with fab Bank services. Nobody is there to take responsibility and sort things out. I can't do any transaction with my account or debit card. I'm worried about my next salary as well since credit is also blocked. Worst customer service.

My salary through cheque i go to the saharacity center fab butBad experience showing google showingworking Friday till 10.00 clock but security tell go to dubai city center icame from Muwailah

Worst customer service and very rude staff i ever seen. If there was an option of ZERO, I would have given 0 stars. When we came here to solve a problem, the behavior of the staff sitting at counter number 5 was very rude.
He was talking to me as if I had come to beg. I will close this Account very soon.

One of the most unprofessional branches have been to , most FAB branches are the same. people just skip the que and that seems to be normal as even the attended did not turn them back but instead a person with a que ticket is turned back .
