They had amazing skin care products & best brand products in store . I always buy from here . They have korean products as well with huge discounts . Services are so good . The staff are very polite especially Ms Yasmeen , she is having friendly & loving nature . If u don't know more about skin care products like me , they will suggest you better . The best part i like about watsons is that they give me testers to try some products . I bought snail korean products which are so popular around the world. They are costly but after getting a discount it comes with reasonable prices and which is worth using. I almost spent 1000 Aed there and they gave me the Free Gifts as well. Thank u ????

I recently had a disappointing encounter with the customer service respresentative AVELINO BAWASANTA JR. here in WATSON SAHARA BRANCH regarding a refund issue/card payment double charged.I believe that no matter the amount in question, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and receive timely assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with WATSON SAHARA'S REPRESENTATIVE fell far short of this expectation.
