Food is loosing its taste. They reduce the quantity of garlic sauce and now they charge additional if you ask more breads with order. The prices has been increased for the meal. Chicken do not have the taste as it had before.

Seating plan is open food court area. Lot of noise. Their management is not giving importance to cleaning of the outlet.

The food was not fresh ,the bread was old ,the cheezy fries has very bad test like it's stored in a wrong way..
The service very bad ..
Staff was only talking to each others without giving any attention to the costumer ,
We asked for a simple thing "knife"
How such thing wasn't available in a food shop.

Quality of Taza is not like before, specially this branch. I used to enjoy when eating Taza in Abu Dhabi. The chicken is very dry , and not the same taste as before, will definitely not go back again here

Kids wanted fried chicken so thought to stop by this branch on the way home.Pathetic, no other word can be used. The pieces are so small, the chicken was cooked at least 2 hours before , which is more than any holding time for any chicken serving brand, and was tasteless. Who cooks and stores pita bread in a hot holding cabinet. The kebab can be used as a weapon. There are better ways of saving costs. Better yet cook fresh and I'm sure guest will wait. Had to throw it and buy another brand for the kids.

We ordered chicken tandoori combo, however the chicken was not fresh and later suffered a stomach ache. Surprised that they serve such stale food.

We went taza @ sahara center sharjah. We ordered stripe combo , Maharaja and Kasba combo. They served with freshly made Khaboos (bread). And all food served very hot and freshly cooked. Quantity also very good. Prices are very economical. I recommend to visit here.

Don't deserve even 1 star. They served very smelly chicken and tastes icky. Once complain, they took it back and asked to wait for the new cooked chicken pcs. After making a wait of 30 min, not showing initiation to serve on priority rather taking new orders and serving them. They are very okay with the complaint and seem they already know the food is not fresh. Never ever will visit this store and any TAJA STORES. Guys, Be cautious before giving the order- we have many more options in the town.

Had an absolutely wonderful service from this company. We were greeted personally on arrival and parked our car, then retained our car keys. On the return journey the minibus arrived as soon as we phoned them and we had a quick and efficient return back to our car. The minibus was spotless and very comfortable. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We used this company on 1st July 2023 for cruise parking and returned today.
The staff are amazing, and the service deserves more than 5 stars. What really impressed me is that you don't have to leave your car key's with them and that the car park is locked up and monitored by cctv. An excellent service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again, and I can definitely recommend them to anyone who are thinking of sailing from Southampton. Thankyou so much for delivering an excellent service.

Used for a family holiday transfer and absolutely amazing service. Comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Both ways the drivers lifted all of our heavy luggage. On the way back Harry dropped us all home direct rather than one drop. Fantastic price too. Will use again without hesitation. On time and very courteous.

On time, friendly service, would use again. Taken off one star as requested a female driver which they said was not a problem. In the end a male driver was provided both ways. A courtesy call to tell us this would of been appreciated. Considering we required a vehicle to transport one person we were a little surprised when mini buses turned up for both legs! However it was spacious and comfortable and apparently the only vehicle available so fair enough.

Appeared on 'Defenders UK' from 27/10/20 on BBC One. Their cover was blown when a driver had whistleblown over being made to drive more hours than legally allowed and to falsify the coaches data. This happened with multiple company drivers, one driving for 10 consecutive days when the legal limit is 6 days. Not the worth the risk, do not put your lives in the hands of these people who put profit before road safety.

Hired the executive team coach for our annual trip to goodwood and it was nothing short of excellent! The coach was luxury and we felt really special turning up in it. It was fully equipped with excellent Wifi, tv's fridges tea & coffee and every mod con you could want. They were on time, drove very well and we arrived on time. Driver was very polite and smart. Couldn't fault the service right through from bookings! Will be booking again next year

Booked at short notice for a cruise from Southampton. Booking was quick and very easy. Drop off and pick up from docks was excellent and friendly staff. Definitely will use again

Very impressed!! Lovely modern, comfortable coach & the driver was prompt & very friendly. We have booked their Mini Bus service for October already. Also very competitive prices. I highly recommend them.
