Horrible experience where our car broke down in Abu Dhabi, we called the emergency Europcar number and the guy brought the back up car to DUBAI ! When we sent our location (Abu Dhabi). We waited 4 hours on the side of the road, heat exhaustion (since the AC or car doesn’t even turn on), 1 am and all stores near by were closed, while being pregnant. Customer service is absolutely horrible when I reported this incident to them they pretend to apologize yet they don’t want to give any good customer satisfaction or compensation. They sent me an email and ccd all their employees to be part of my complaint which was not necessary at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !! Even if you are having an emergency they don’t care !

While the booking process worked well, it all went wrong with the pick up of the car. I probably should of noticed at the start, but for some reason didn't see it.
The dash lit up like a christmas tree to say "Low pressure Rear Near Tyre" AND "Service Immediately".
There was also 2 Orange lights permanently on the dash.
By the second and third day, the car was running rough. Like it had three cylinders out of four.
I didnt get chance to email until the company until Saturday morning at 1019.
I chased again on Monday at 1358. And was CC'd in a reply to "Follow up" to a staff member.
The monday at 1442 the company asked for the Number plate. I didnt get to reply to the eve due to lack of WiFi.
They then phoned me on the Tuesday to swap the car......WHY??!!
I was taking it back Tuesday eve.
The staff had no response and simply sorry about that.
The car probably went to another poor hapless customer.
DO NOT USE this company. Very poor service, and even worse cars.

Only thing I would mention is it would be good to tell tourists or foreigners how Salik and Mawaqif works as I wasn’t familiar in how to use it.
Other than that thank you to Diana and team, will definitely use you again in the future.

Waited 2 hours outside a museum to get the car switched as the original one had issues with it. I specifically asked for it to be in the morning and not in afternoon as I was busy. They ignored the request and made me wait for the driver to arrive which was inconvenient on holidays when you have plans.
After this both servicing and reservation department don’t answer their phones. I called over 30 times in a span of 24 hours. Either no one answers or someone answers and says I will get a call back in 10 minutes.
Driving the lower tiered car on 100+ km speed felt unsafe and swerves on the road. I drove from Dubai to Abu Dhabi to change the car as no one answered the phones to get it resolved and changed over. They don’t know what’s included in the car they give. I had a reverse camera but was told I would have to pay more to get the equivalent.

I delivered the car in perfect condition exactly as I picked it up and with the same level of fuel.
However, when opening my invoice, I ended up facing a charge of $ 476.41 without any justification.
