I love the brow lamination service done by Jeralyn at the Brow bar in Sephora-Festival City. She is truly a brow expert, also very friendly. I will come back again soon.

Got my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Jeralyn at the counter, so happy with the results. She was quick, efficient and explained the procedure in detail and asp corrected some slight unevenness. Would recommend to anyone but just ensure you’ve not done any treatments like Botox one month prior

I had received a birthday voucher for Benefit brow bar eyebrow tint and waxing service. I was so very happy I availed of it at the Dubai Festival City store.
Graziela attended to me- she kindly made time for me even though it was the weekend. She put me at ease from the get go with her friendly demeanour and she answered all my questions regarding the process since it was the first time tinting for me. She was super hygienic and careful to not cause pain. I appreciated that she walked me through the perfect shape for my brows and confirmed before going ahead with the waxing. The tint she chose was also a very natural look so that it looked good and was easy to accept for the first time I got my brows tinted. I liked the service so much that I also opted for upper lip waxing and had a fun time choosing more items to shop for. She was generous with her time and recommendations. I’ll be going back regularly for sure.

I went here for my eyebrow waxing as well as upper lip hair removal and I must say the services provided to me by miss Jeralyn is top notch. She knew exactly what to do and she is great with her hands. She not only enhance the shape of my eyebrow but also gave me some tips as well. ☺️????????

I had a very nice experience at Sephora with the amazing assistant Jeryland!

I highly recommend her! Since first contacting her to ask if she could help me to buy products for my skin, she has been incredibly helpful, supportive and friendly. She is extremely knowledgable in her field and she will always go out of her way to help and give that extra touch to her service.

When i was testing the products, Jeryland makes me feel calm, and I love her energy and passion.

She really listens to your needs and gets it right. I would highly recommend Jeryland at Sephora Dubai festival city mall
