I received a beautiful ring as a wedding gift from my husband last November we came and pick it together. Unfortunately the colour behind has changed and they say the can't do anything about it. Very sad to let go of my ring. We buy Swarosky for quality and service unfortunately i feel i have been let down. Not the service you would expect in an ineternational brand. It looks like garantee and bills are useless as they only cover for Stones.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Especially the lady (can’t remember her name) who helped pick out and repacked the Swarovski earrings as a gift.

Located in the first floor of Dubai festival city in the promenade side. Very bright attractive shop with good interior design. Products like necklaces, rings, pens, keychains are all very unique in design and good collection. Good for party wears. Liked all glittery items .

A fairly large showroom of Swarovski in Dubai Festival Mall. Very good collection, including their latest Power Collection. Nice setup. Good ambience. Courteous and friendly staff. Worth a visit.
