Shop is cool , nice clothes but poor customer service, there was a lady her name is Asma I believe she was so rude not greeting anyone and looking so upset so customers wasn’t looking comfortable inside the shop …
We went to pay and she claimed that what we chose not included in the offer and she let us wait for 15 minutes until her colleague came and literally shouted at her for keeping us waiting and the fight happened between them but atleast she was helpful . Please i ask the management to make sure to hire the right people as you have an amazing shop and can do more and more..

My son and I went Eid Shopping here! The cheer size of the collection will blow you away!

I mean who could imagine such a great style available here! They really bring back the good vibes in fashion.

Bought a Chicago Bulls training suit in Fastival City Dubai, found out that the pants are too big, came back and discovered that there is no refunds, only exchange within 3 days! I was force to purchase other item.
I bought a much more expansive Off White jacket, asking a few times the sellers in the shop if it's genuine product.
Coming home and looking online I discovered the details on the jacket I just bought are not the same as appeared on a few reliable online shops who sell this exact Off White jacket and thus I suspected it's not a genuine Off White product.
Since they would not refund I have no option and going back is useless.
I am very disappointed!

Loved the collection here.. all the staffs were so helpful but special shout out to Maria who was absolutely amazing and helpful.. I had just entered to enquire about a jeans but ended up shopping so much.. Maria kept bringing my kind of clothes, helped me put them in the changing room and helped me to find the right sizes as well.. such a gem of a staff to have.
