Continuation of the below, the staff took the shirt promising they will call, 10 days later and few phone calls I was told by the shop manager its customer misuse. The definition of bad customer experience.

Recently bought a shirt which was supposed to be a top of the line product as claimed by the salesman, Extra Fine Merino, the shirt was ruined after the first wash, the label said hand washing but since the shirt was that delicate i think it should have been clearly stated by the salesman instead of getting such a disappointment after the first wash.

Entered the shop looked around, found no one. Suddenly a lady appeared ! I thought she was another customer as she was dressed casual with nothing to identify she worked there and she was on the phone.
As I walked out, she yelled " can I help you " and went back to her call. So I left.

The sales person is really not intelligent. I asked him for a black suit in a good material and thread count. All he can tell me is "this is wool". Then he shows me a charcoal suit hoping I wouldn't notice.
I asked... This is charcoal isn't it? Not black.?

He said.. Yes sir.

LOL

Then I asked if he has a nicer thread count or material. So he shows me a "travel suit" and says. Yes this one good. It is wool. ????????????
For a shop selling 2k aed + suits.. They need to learn their colours and more than just "this is wool". OMG
