Absolutely useless. If you are any type of international student with any form of needs do not even bother. I was at the uni for 8 months and every single time without fail even though I called, and followed their procedures they messed SOMETHING up with my medications. When I ask what to do next time so the same mistakes don’t happen they repeat the EXACT procedure I followed and when I explain that their only answer is, “well this actually isn’t OUR fault.” Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother going.

Absolutely awful GP, avoid at all costs. please save yourself the frustration of dealing with exceptionally rude receptionists, inefficiency, delays, cancellations and just far too many mistakes that they simply do not care to correct or compensate for.

From my experience, there are a couple of good doctors there and the others are, from what I know, either somewhat incompetent or unpleasant and even negligent.

I'd say the exception proves the rule here. There's no use in having a decent doctor, if you're lucky, but abysmal receptionists and awful everything else.
I've finally had enough and I'm switching to another GP.

People only give this place a 5 star review because they had a few reasonable experiences and then feel bad for the low rating, don't listen to them unless you want to try your luck!

I am actually surprised about the lower star ratings for this centre. I was on exchange at the University of Stirling and had to go into the medical centre quite a few times. They were always so supportive and gracious, they gave me great service and always really attempted to fit me into their busy schedule. I am so appreciative and lucky to have had this place and recommend it highly.

All the doctors I've had the chance to meet are gentle and competent. Appointments and prescriptions are made available very quickly.

Registered a year ago as a staff member. They accepted my registration but when I tried to make an appointment told me it was not valid as they will no longer treat staff.

Just had my first appointment with this clinic- spoke to Dr Gray. She's the most brilliant doctor I've been attended by; she took care to listen to me, provided fantastic info and sources to help, and was warm and receptive. Makes such a major change from previous doctors I've spoken to! I called up in the morning and received a same-day phone appointment, which by itself seems like magic as my previous GP had a two week wait. I came away from my appointment feeling understood and optimistic about my treatment. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and I feel like I'm finally getting the help I've been needing. Fantastic. Unsure about the rest of the practice, but I'm happy with the service I was given today. Thank you Dr Gray!

I haven't had the displeasure of having any issues with the GP or dentist. Maybe I'm biased because I come from a country that takes an arm and a leg from you when you need help immediately. I'm busy 9-5 weekly, they let me come in early to get tests done. Absolutely amazing service and underrated staff!

Where do I even start! Snarky and rude receptionists, prescriptions not sent to pharmacy, lied to about getting a prescription mix up fixed, sent to see physio instead of the requested Dr, not told that an appointment was cancelled and not given an option to reschedule, constantly trying to change my meds because 'they arnt the normal ones', conflicting advice and being told I can't manage something I've been managing my whole life, turned away with nothing more than flippant remarks and vague self treatment options. No stars if possible.
